Overview

When the issue isn’t in one place

Some people don’t come to us for a single joint or for their skin. They come because they feel worn out, recover slowly, or live with conditions linked to chronic inflammation, and they want to understand whether a systemic approach could be part of their plan.

In an intravenous infusion, placental MSCs or exosomes are given through a drip over about an hour. MSCs are studied for their immunomodulatory effects — the way they interact with the immune system and inflammatory signals — which is why they are being researched across many conditions.

IV therapy is never a substitute for diagnosis and treatment of a medical condition. We ask for your medical history and recent lab work before recommending it.

How an infusion works

You sit in a comfortable chair while a nurse places a small IV line in your arm. The infusion usually takes 45–90 minutes and is supervised by our medical team the whole time. Vital signs are checked before, during and after.

Step by step

  • Free medical review. You send your records, imaging and medication list. A physician reviews them and follows up by phone or video call.
  • Written plan. If a protocol seems reasonable for you, you receive the plan, schedule and total price in writing.
  • Treatment day(s). Procedures are done at our clinic in El Prado, Tijuana.
  • Follow-up. We stay in touch after you return home and answer your questions.

After the infusion

Most patients feel normal afterwards; some feel tired or have a mild headache or low-grade temperature for a day. You can usually fly home the next day. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol for a couple of days.

Risks and limitations

Possible side effects include discomfort or bruising at the IV site, fever, headache, fatigue, allergic reactions and, rarely, infection or blood clots. We screen for conditions that make IV therapy unsuitable. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Common questions

How long does the infusion take?

Usually 45 to 90 minutes, plus preparation and observation time.

Will I need more than one?

Some protocols use one infusion, others are repeated. Your written plan will explain the recommendation.

Can I combine IV therapy with a joint injection?

Yes, many plans combine local and IV treatment in the same visit.

Do I need lab work?

We usually ask for recent blood work so the physician can assess your overall health.

Other programs

Every program starts with the same free medical review.
