Stem cell facials, exosome microneedling and anti-aging IV infusions designed to support collagen production, skin texture and a rested, natural look.

Our aesthetic program is for people who want healthier-looking skin without surgery or a “done” look. Instead of filling or freezing, regenerative aesthetics focuses on the skin itself — its texture, tone and elasticity.
Exosomes are tiny vesicles released by stem cells that carry proteins and growth factors. In aesthetic medicine they are applied after microneedling, where they are studied for their role in supporting collagen production and skin repair. Stem cell facials combine this with a medical-grade protocol tailored to your skin.
Changes in the skin are gradual. Most protocols are planned as a series, and we explain in advance how many sessions we recommend and why.

Candidacy is decided individually, after a physician has reviewed your records.
Early signs of aging around the eyes, forehead and mouth.
Uneven texture, enlarged pores and dull-looking skin.
Mild to moderate atrophic scars, as part of a series.
Skin that feels thinner or less elastic than it used to.
Uneven tone and photo-aging, combined with sun protection at home.
A planned series a few months before a wedding or milestone.
A medical facial in which a regenerative serum is applied to prepared skin. It is gentle and has little downtime.
Fine needles create micro-channels in the skin, and an exosome solution is applied immediately afterwards. This is the most popular option for texture, pores and scarring.
An intravenous infusion of stem cells or exosomes, sometimes combined with a facial protocol, for patients interested in whole-body wellness as well as skin.

After microneedling, redness similar to a mild sunburn for one to three days is normal. You should avoid make-up for 24 hours, strong actives (retinoids, acids) for several days and direct sun. Daily sunscreen is essential to protect the result.
Results develop over weeks as the skin renews itself and vary from person to person.
Possible side effects include redness, swelling, temporary dryness or flaking, pinpoint bleeding, breakouts and, rarely, infection or pigment changes. We do not treat over active skin infections, active acne flares or during pregnancy. Regenerative aesthetics will not replace surgical procedures such as a facelift.
It depends on your skin and your goals. For texture and scarring, a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart is typical. Your plan will state the number in advance.
A numbing cream is applied before microneedling. Most patients describe a warm, prickly sensation.
Often yes, but we plan the timing around fillers, neurotoxins or laser treatments you may have had.
Yes, most patients can travel the next day. Use sunscreen and avoid make-up for the first 24 hours.
Every program starts with the same free medical review.
